Hello all,​

As some of you will have noticed, we have just launched our new website. It has been very hard work upgrading and transferring everything over to this new platform. The older website was starting to look a bit dated, and with all the latest advances in technology, it was not that suited to a 'mobile' world. The new site is more mobile/tablet-friendly and therefore should be a better shopping experience. ​

There have been few changes overall, but there are still plenty of rewards and special offers (although these will be presented in a different format for better manageability). Prior to using the site, we recommend that you read the article "Using this Site" in the top menu. One of the newer features will be visible customer accounts where you will be able to track your purchase history, as well as see how many points you have earned and can then redeem.​

The new webstore is also integrated with Facebook, so if you're a social media fan, you will be able to shop directly from our Facebook page. ​

​

Please note: Due to the totally different e-commerce platforms, we were unable to transfer customer accounts with passwords (due to encryption). So you will be required to register once again to the new site. ​

​

In these early days, there may be some teething problems, so please do send us your feedback as well as any questions/problems you may have in using the new site.​

Really nice web site and loads a lot quicker than the older one.

I set up a new account and ordered from there today with no issues.

Love the facelift! It looks great, and makes for a more enjoyable browsing experience!

It might be worthwhile making your stock levels more prominent though. This is a very helpful new feature, but as far as I can tell it only shows up if you go to the relevant product's "quick view". Unless I'm missing something. In which case I'll shut up!

I still have an unused voucher from the old site. Will this still be good when I create a new account for this new site?

Hi Steve.
Thanks for your comments. Regarding the stock levels, it's pretty simple really - all items are in stock unless indicated by the "Coming Soon" label on the product image or the item is greyed out. For a full explanation, please read the "Using this Site" article on the top menu, as mentioned above in our original post.
Regarding the voucher, that's all ok and still valid

The mobile site is a huge improvement. Especially the 'shop by type' option.
