Placed an order with El Greco this morning.....a short while later Celine phoned to apologise.
The bust I ordered was sadly no longer available....and the web site had not been updated....ooops :LOL:
I chose another piece...which was slightly dearer....and Celine said not to worry about the difference....as an apology for the mistake.
Now that is customer service above and beyond...and gets a very big thank you from me.

Shame they won't be at Euro :cry:

We are very lucky to have a handful of general figure traders who go above and beyond.
Add to them the companies who market their own ranges and provide a superb customer service.
In the UK we are very well served and each provide an equally first-class service to the rest of the world.
 
They came through for me, even after a long time since purchase.

Well...having received the bust next day as usual....clumsy me managed to destroy the helmet with a bit of overenthusiastic Dremelling!....:mad:

Dropped Celine an e mail last night....got an e mail this morning from Matt...new helmet posted today :D

2 Gold stars in my book :)
