Elan13 ‘I have a cunning plan’ 1/12 bust

This has to be the most pleasurable bust painting experience I have had to date. The sculpting, by Robert Lane, is just superb. This is the best I could do with it given my experience level but I am more than happy with the result I have attained. Many thanks to all for the supportive comments in the WIP thread. It does make a difference and boosts my confidence.

Painted using Vallejo, and AK acrylics. Skin tones using Andrea flesh set.

That's come out really nice and with lens in glasses as well .

The flesh and leather tones work well

The result shows you enjoyed the piece ...it's what the hobby is about ...fun and enjoyment .

Thanks Steve, yes I do like the Andrea flesh colours. FW (Figureworld) is a show aimed at figures. I believe there is one at Stoke and the one I go to, Oundle near Peterborough. Well worth visiting if one is near enough to you.
