Hi Marc
From what I can make out they will only sell to online customers in Spain so anyone who wants any of their products has to buy them through one of their retail agents in your own country, I could be wrong though.
Cheers

Great piece.
Consider it to buy it. It is only € 75,- .

Hi Marc

Actually, Id say you can paint it as one of your fellow country men during the early years of the Dutch Revolt. I reckon the attire of the Tercio's soldiers wouldnt be too different from the one of the Dutch soldiers, dont you think?

Javi,
I don't know much of this period (excualy i didn't know nothing from the year's where these figure's live in). But i really like this figure's and i really wanted to paint this.
When i can buy it (untill this moment very difficult) i go looking for the history of this kind of figures. So if you can help me, i really would apreciate that.
I know that the Spanish where in Holland in the 16 century. So, any help about clothing, weapons etc from that period of Willem van Oranje and Fillip II would also be apreciate.

Now, i have to look who is selling it to me. Gonna look very close on our AMSS show in 5 and 6 April

Im dont know much either about other armies than the Spanish, but I guess that attire was pretty similar among them. Actually if you look for Willem vam Oranje there are pictures showing similar armours.

So, I believe that painting the Prince's Flag (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Prinsenvlag.svg) and then modeling a sash (also in Orange) around the waist or accross the chest should be enough.

Im sure that at the Rijksmuseum you will find some paintings of this period that can help you with the research.

Cheers,

Javi
