Beautiful figure! (y)

The Light is always so much nicer than the Dark...

Cheers!

well - I am aware that fantasy stuff has developed into the fuel that keeps the figure market going and - although not my interest - I am willing to admire many great models and paintjobs from this genre but I am surprised about this release. The attribute "ultrarealistic figure" is not deserved IMHO. The balance of the "contraposte-pose" - especially from the rear does not work and therefore the cheeky elf lady looks not very natural - more like she is suffering from slip disc:D .
Andrea is developing the figure market surely to another level by using innovative means to sculpt and cast their new figure lines but this figure looks to me like a "quick job" ignoring basic rules of anatomy.

Cheers, Martin

I'm tempted too, but it's not the pose that concerns me that much, rather the amount of fine detail painting that is required on the arms and legs - though am sure many will love the challenge.

Returning to the question of the pose, yes something does look awkward from the back view. I think maybe two things, first her main (left) leg that is holding her weight is not centered enough, plus she is leaning away instead of towards center balance??
