first post in the forum so i thouhgt i'd show you a pic, this is a miniart knight slight change to the arms as i did'nt like the sword being held at the ready, it would be damn heavy to hold it straight up. so will be holding a lance when completed, anyhow have a look, by the way first large figure for me.

thanks for looking,
I'll take some pictures out of the sun which i already have but i thought only one pic per post??? anyway if it is aloud i'll post them.
for the metals i used vallejo metallic and a diluted armour wash and then brought the high lights back, i think it could be better but it's not unpleasent and i'm my own worst critic.
these kits are a pretty bad fit and alot of time was spent filling and sanding but you all probably already know that.
cheers for the likes,
omi.

Very nice work.
You are on the right track.
Now, do some highlighting and shading on the red and the blue. That gives more depth and life to it.
But you must keep painting figures. You are doing it great.

thats one thing im unsure of, how to shade and high light a flat surface any advise or a nudge in the right direction?
the breast plate has very little detail to go on ie:folds in the cloth.
