The subect is not for me but it is a fantastic piece. The musculature on the girl's legs is spot on and almost enough to tempt me. More of that please.

Not my 'thing' at all to paint, but I can appreciate a fantastic sculpt and a really creative and imaginative piece when I see it. In the hands of the top flight painter, the end result will be nothing less than magnificent.

But why "Saffron" if she's supposed to be Minoan? Saffron comes from the Arabic word for crocus.
