Hi all...as usual I am posting a complicated Bust...
Well I know...I am not so "normal" but I think that hobby modellism is a form of art. It has power to describe some missed stories, some complicated stories.
Be clear I am not referring to any ideological purpose. I'm just telling a story. A parallel story, that probably not many people know about. My company is base in Trieste and we are closer to border with balcan Area. Here many "Esuli Istriani" escaped after the War. They were innocent people.
If you come here I wish to visit you "Magazzini 18". it is absurd. I heard many stories, and so many photos... so after the war childhood I decide to open my mind and giving you a new story. It was project by me and sculpted by Mujin Park my good South Korea friend and sculptor:

He is following me in this "deep inside story project".
Just to give you a number: 250.000 refugees, Italian refugees...comes away their home...
Not losers or winners but only victims of madness, war.

A truly haunting figure from a sculptor who is so adept at producing such emotional pieces (I've long admired
his work - particularly the child blowing bubbles) . Excellent stuff and I can see it becoming widely collected.

hi at all.. Hi @NAP good eye...all my sculpture...has some "eastereggs" inside...all is based on my knowledges and some infos that I acquired are based on books or listening stories...
When they escaped from Istria, mostly of them put on heart a "tricolore" (Italian flag) to remember where they comes from...
Was a sort of flag...personal flag...you can see in some pictures or old movies...

Yes Mujin is a good friend and sculptor...and he is following my crazy ideas...the one that you are showing is Roberto Beningni in "la vita è Bella" it is sculpted from him but I don't know , honestly, who is the producer... I prefer to don't come inside copyright matters...I prefer subject "lost in space and in the dimension" copyright is a hard issues...on these stuff...
