Hi guys,

After a wild I decide to post my first ever painted figurine (sorry for the low quality of the photo and some dust in the cape). It is very amateur but maybe you guys could give some tips, special for the skin tone and the best brush size for the eyes.

Thanks in advance.

Rod.

Rodrigo,
Very good paintwork for a first figure!
Brushes I use are mainly 1 and 0, for the eyes I use 0 or 00.
But I would advice to use the best brushes you can find.
Looking forward to your next figure!

Marcel.

Good job for your first try, I'm with every one else 2/00 or 3 for eyes, depending on the scale.
Welcome to PF,
Carl.

Yup, nice job for a first one.
About eyes: I sometimes use a toothpick for the pupil, with the point flattened to the correct diameter (depending on scale).

Now on to the next one!

Cheers, Adrian

Thank you Guys,

Really appreciated all the comments, I think the only way to improve is to paint and paint again....practice is the key...:D
Ps. I think that the photographer has to try to improve the technique also...LOL

Best regards to all
Rodrigo.
