"Evolution"

Hi everybody,

Here's another bust I did a while ago.

It is called "Evolution" with a wink to "alien".
It's a BIG bust from Morning Star Miniatures, and it measures 9 1,2 inch.

It is painted in Vallejo Model colour by airbrush for the most part, and detailed with the hairy stick.
The "pod" was airbrushed with Alclad Aqua gloss and her Nails are glossed with gloss Nail polish.

I would like to hear what you think of her, for I'm thinking of entering her in a competition this year.

Thank you Nap,

It's was a real paint eater, and a tough job for she's so big.
I like her, for I do like the alien movie's too.
I do have a horror figure too, called "the tooth fairy" Not sure of people would like that figure being post here though.

I'm happy with how she looks, and I will enter her in the competition, very curious to see how she does...

Well, i think you have a serious competitor with this bust in any contest. Really very well executed, with a perfect degraded and all the elements definite. And blue is not easy to work.

I want watch your thread with the tooth fairy. I believe Nap made a review of this bust at PF.

Now I'm a bit more confident to enter that tough competition in October

The Tooth fairy bust is a finished bust already, I will put it in the finished figures topic, although it is a genre people like or hate...
I tried to make an album as some kind of profile for all my resent work, but somehow I keep getting the words: uploaded file to big.
Need to figure that one out.
