Excellent customer service

Hello fellow planeteers,

A week ago I ordered Stormtroopers German WW1 ace Josef Mai bust , three days later when I opened the parcel an 120mm General Napier was popping out! An excellent figure in it's own right but not on my to do list. One email, one phone call with Stuart who told me to keep the Napier, and two days later Leutnant Mai is on my bench!
If this isn't an example of excellent customer service, I don't know what is!

Whenever I've ordered figures from Stuart I found the service brilliant, and helpful, also when ordering from Gordon at Mitches Military Models a first rate service, and the figures are posted same day
