I followed Roy's thread in his vbench closely watching him develop this bust from a wire armature and slowly bring the lump of putty to life and create one of the best Converter Busts I have ever seen. When they became available I ordered 2 for a couple of my own projects.

This was a tough figure / bust to photograph with the color of the resin Roy used and I wanted you to see all the detail in the raw form and have added some of Roy's photographs at the end of the review which show the bust primered. The primered version really brings out the detail and skin detail too.

Above are the four different views of the bust right as it came out of the bag. The bust was wrapped in bubble wrap, well protected from shipping mishaps.

Moving the camera a little closer to try to give you a better view of the detail.

Roy included an instruction sheet with the bust that gives excellent instructions to applying putty and all the tricks he makes look so easy.

Conclusion:
A beautifully sculpted bust blank I am sure we will see at many of the shows in its original form as well as conversions. No seam lines - no clean-up required.
Highly recommended for those who would like to try their hand at sculpting.
