There's another comparison to figure painting, it helps to have a well sculpted fig. otherwise you're wasting your time trying to turn a pigs ear into a silk purse.

Roger, you maybe surprised to find that a certain figure painter on this forum has already ventured into this medium, (16 month ago) and coupled it with Airbrush, and Oils. .. to max effect. ... it does work.

I just have to find the bugger!

I remember that Mark and although it's probably raising a smile in some quarters it is pretty much the way I paint faces in oil.

I have bookmarked it, I have had some requests to do canvases off wives etc and this will be most useful.
As for the Goth Ladies Gary I can see where you are coming from. Maybe there is somewhere we should go to either get straightened out or satisfied?
