WIP Critique fairies birth ... with colors :)

hello friends,
i've put back this project on the bench, the start was there :

i decided to have each of the fairies representing one element : fire, wind, earth. but i was lacking water so i added a source water is done with heavy acrylic gel medium (still needs to dry ...)
paining of the fairies is all acrylics, mainly games workshop.
all your inputs are very welcome !
