Thanks for looking.
A quick study of a Fallschirmjager on Crete.
1/35 D-day miniatures, with Hornet head and Alpine arms. The drop canister and gas mask bag are from Dragon.
All painted in acrylics

Very nice and fine paint Paul. I'm not an expert on the modern age, so I'm just wondering what kind of thing is behind the soldier? Otherwise beautiful work really.

Cheers Borek :)

Thanks.
Its a drop canister. Falschirmjager jumped with the minimum of equipment, and had to collect these boxes form the DZ wile possibly under fire.
Please see below for a more detailed explanation.
