Completed Fantasy Camel Corp

A little light comedy for my friends an adapted bust with a play on words - a true australian Camel Corp ( no phil NZ does not have Camels)
A Mixed Corp was made up of Australians,NZ and Uk in the deserts of Palestine for the 1917/1918 battles
and this is my take on it - hope to paint it for QMHE in August

Ian a great fun sculpt and love those eyes, sort of reminds me of the famous tobacco ads.

Excellent original concept Ian.

The Imperial Camel Corps was often used as a dumping ground for all the misfits, drunks, barrack room lawyers and general trouble-makers within the Australian Light Horse, New Zealand Mounted Infantry and British Cavalry Regiments, and subsequently became very proud of its reputation for ill-discipline behind the lines.

They made up for that in battle though, and performed exceptionally well in the Palestine campaigns under Gen Allenby in 1917-18. These fellows were as rough and unsociable as the beasts they rode, so it makes sense to combine the two.

Congratulations on producing a really original and humorous piece mate, I love it.
