Knowing your palette is usually a good idea when asking for mixes - no point in someone suggesting something that relies on a paint you don't have ;)

Anyway, I think the best way to approach this mixture, as with feldgrau, is to mix a grey (black, white and brown) and add blue to it. The blue may be a mix also.

If you have them this is what I'd suggest:
Mars Black, Titanium White, Burnt Umber;
Titanium White, any type of Ultramarine.

The Ultramarine helps the mixture to dry reliably matt, the Burnt Umber helps it to dry more quickly. But if you're speed-drying using heat it doesn't matter much.

Thanks for the reply. I have all of those colors. Now I just need to find a good paint chip.
