Fellow planetfigure member, Piotr Czyz, sent me a couple of his latest releases. A 1/9th scale resin Fighting Knight.

This kit comes in a sturdy white cardboard box with a sleeve covering the box and also serving as a color guide as well. The kit consists of 7 resin parts.

Above are 4 views of the head showing the attention to detail Piotr has given the facial expression, teeth, and hair. The mold sprue can be easily removed prior to painting.

Above are the 4 sides of the torso showing the excellent attention to detail of the folds, the necklass and chainmail.

Above are several views of the arms covered in chainmail.

Above we have the front and back of the shield, which attaches to the left arm.

Above is the resin sword still attached to the mold block.

Conclusion:

An excellent kit loaded with detail for the painter to bring out. Minor seam lines down the sides of the torso and mold blocks to remove. Raised surface for heraldry on the tunic.
