I have seen quite a few companies born right here on planetfigure and this one has surely stood out for many reasons. I hope the "Big" manufactures sit up and take notice of what Luca Piergentili has concieved of what a figure kit should really be like. I am sure many will agree that Luca has raised the bar in what can be expected in the future when we open a figure kit. whether it be a bust or a full figure I hope manufacturers open their eyes to what Luca has brought us. Here are the reason I am really impressed with his first new release.

The Bust it self!

Here we have a 1/10th scale bust cast in blonde colored resin with so much potential. Not only as stock, right out of the box, but the different directions that this Native Warrior can be taken. Not only in the painting varieties that exist but also in the simple conversions that can be done as well.

Packed in a well constructed box with the components well packed in bubble wrap and the outside slide-off sleeve that is the painting guide for those who just want a picture.

Sitting on a Ken Thomas base the three parts of the bust are the pedestal, brass support rod, and the bust itself (wood base not included in kit).

Here you see just the 3 main components together ready for priming,

Beside the excellent quality of the bust the other amazing thing about this figure That I hope Luca continues with is his 4 page instruction / color guide printed in 4 languages: English - French - Spanish - Italian with an additional forethought to the painter Luca has done the unheard of for a single bust kit Color-guide with color swatches for both oil and acrylics...........awesome idea for the new figure painter unfamiliar with color mixes and what colors are needed.

Conclusion

In conclusion I think this has got to be a front runner for next years kit of the year because of what Luca has included with his first figure.
