I'm confused as it's got legs ...but possibly Alpine or The Bodi ?

Though it's out of my area, I was curious and took up the question as a little challenge.
A search of Alpine's site turned up no figure like this one, though I don't know if they show every figure they ever made, or only those that are currently still in production.
A search of the Bodi's site turned up a figure that is similar, but he's not wearing the cap. It's in 1/48 scale: https://thebodi.eu/model/TB-48004/us-tanker-#-1
But a general web search on "us ww2 tanker" in various combinations, including with "overalls" didn't return that image, either. So I can't answer it.
What scale is that figure, by the way?
