Hello Gents

This is the next step of my figure in Korea. A lot of work to do.

He's coming along pretty good. If I may make a suggestion, those chevrons look way too thick for the sleeves and don't seem to follow the sleeves' drapery. They look like they were carved off another kit and glued into place. I'd recommend sculpting your own onto the sleeves. Roll out a thin sheet of putty, cut out a square and place onto the sleeve, and then cut out the chevrons from there after pressing it into the folds.

Thanks guys!

You're right Pete I'll make other chevrons. Those came from Historex parts ;). I have to do the patches for the Regiment and the one for the United Nation on both sleeves.

I'll show you the result!

Bye

Denis

Hi Denis, Great figure. I Know that the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders almost always wore soft headdress in Korea as did the other British regiments, and when worn it was the later 1944 turtle shell shaped helmet. Sorry if i'm nit picking it still looks fantastic all the best,
Scotty.

Super belle, ta figurine, Denis. J'ai hâte de la voir teminée.

(Super nice figure, Denis, can't wait to see it finished) ;)
