You can use every knight figure for that. Pegaso or Andrea has some nice figures for it.
If you want to paint Werner take the right colors, and paint the right heraldy.

I'll expand a little on Marc's answer. Any knight figure in german armor from the later half of the 14th c. to the first part of the 15thc. will do.

Yeah, I was thinking a mounted knight in Milanese armour might be a bit of a stretch for this!
