First Figure

Hi This is the box for my first figure for 30years picked a cheap one just to get a bit of practise, my main painting back in the day was horses in oils anyway enough of that i was hoping that someone on the forum could indentify what part of the ww2 this type of uniform was used and more to the point what shade of blue it is, i have trawled the net for info but came up wanting please help if you can.
