HI ALL this is my first non fantasy build and also my first human subject build if that makes sense ? PLEASE tell me what i am getting right and wrong and ways to improve them . i have included a pic of the boxtop other than that i can tell you it is a plastic kit and the face sculpt is not great so i thought i would train with this also i am new to oils this is oils over a acrylic base coat THANKS for ANY feedback

Looks like you are on the right track Rob. I think the main reason no one has commented is the photos. They look like you used a flash which bleaches out your colors you painted.

The flesh has an orange-ish look to it with no dark shading under the eyes. And I see white on the cheeks which could be caused by the flash.....or just too much light on the figure.

From what I can see in the pics your off to a pretty good start.
I don't use oils but I can point out a few things that I think need a little adjusting. The whites of the eyes look a little bit too white you need to add a little light grey to the mix to take that stark white out. The lips are a bit too pink a darker red mixed with the flesh tone is what I normally go for. And your shadows and highlights need to be bolder, this is what most people have trouble with at the start and something I still have trouble with.
Don't be afraid to go quite dark around the tops of the eyes towards the nose and under the bottom lip and nose.
