Thanks Neil, this is very helpful. I'd agree the hat badge looks like POW feathers. As for the breast plate, it is quite square on the model, but could have circular detail on top of that. I'll try and get a better picture and show it. Yes painting is going to be "interesting". I mostly use my airbrushes on my scale models, and I intend to do some of the basic work on the figures with an airbrush, but doing the detail work by brush will be quite a different experience. I've been studying lots of videos and techniques, but just need to get cracking on the paint. Once I get started, I think that is the part I will enjoy most. Terry
