Hi Jim

Welcome to the Planet, you could try Bonapartes here in the UK or Red Lancers or even Colorado Miniatures in the US, they have a brilliant service, sorry haven’t mastered links to sites yet (to busy painting), hope it helps anyway...

Hello dave
I've already tried Redlancers but not Bonapartes or colorado miniatures so I'll give them a go! many Thanks & keep them brushes wet!
Cheers

I wish you the best in your hunt for the Spaceborn, Jim. It was Ft Du's best selling figure. I had lunch with my good friend Paul Keefe who sculpted the master and except for a 'first-off' he has painted in his collection...even he can't find another copy.

Though it was a figure I had no interest in, wish I would have picked up a few, they would have been a nice little investment. Fort Duquesne produced fine castings to say the least, it's too bad they're gone.~Gary

Gary-

Who'd of thought that some of these figures would turn in to such collecters items?
I have a couple of the Poste Militaire mounted napoleonics in my stash. I don;t know whether to paint them or save them to pay for my kids education...

I thought John's Hobbies in Florida purchased most of the masters. They might have the 101 Spaceborne (by the way, it's more like 150mm in size).

pete's right about the scale, 150mm or about 1/12. I got mine on ebay. they show up there every once in a while. good luck

Hi all who replied to my shout for help with locating the Spaceborn kit, I never thought I would get so many replies! This is my first time on this site and I must say I'm very impressed.
Thanks to everyone for pointing me in the right direction
Cheers

Pete, The only word I got was that someone in Florida had purchased some or all that remained of the Fort Duqesne product line. The thing is, if or when they are put back into production will the quality match that of Fort Duquesne? Jim Johnston managed to produce high quality castings in a very short amount of time. I guess time will tell.~Gary
