Forums Re-organizing

Change, some like it most hate but due to requests of some specifics we've tried to accomodate, at the same time doing so in a logical manner.

Front page main Breakdown: General, Painting Sculpting from there it branches off. Rather than have the forum vomit a ton of categories at you we've consolidated most categories into a concise and logical manner.

We hope it isn't too much of a shock!
