Hi Folks

This is the 2nd of 2 busts for the Armistice project , the other being Billy Bishop VC

This depicts a stretcher bearer from the French 285 RI in 1915 , originally held a rifle now holds a bottle of wine celebrating surviving the front line after a parade hence why so clean!!!

Added the bayonet frog etc , armband and badge and medal ribbon and rank patches

Model is from Nemrod sculpted by Philipe Parisson I believe

Very good work Kev.
What a super rendition of the French blue uniform.
A special pat on the back for those weathered gloves.
All the very best,
Keith
