Frequently Asked Questions About Figure Painting Techniques

Hi

Sorry this may have been asked or talked about before but could someone tell me ( or show me some reviews) if this book(Frequently Asked Questions About Figure Painting Techniques by Andrea Miniatures) is worth buying, considering........

I have a couple of figure painting books, Verlinden, Calvin Tan- Waffen-SS book and Alex Castro- The Art of Painting Miniatures, Lynn Kessler and Don Winar- How to Paint realistic military figures.

Could someone tell me what is great about the book or what they liked.

On a side note I would really love to see John Rosengrant do a figure book. I would really like to see a book on his sculpting and painting works of art.

If you already have a few books like those you list then I personally wouldn't think you'd get a lot of value out of the Andrea title. But it depends a bit on taste - if you really like the work it could be a great source of inspiration over the years, even if it doesn't really tell you much that you don't already know from reading and practice.
