Frontier Models...

Hi all,

in this post, i just want to inform you about frontiermodels.com and especially about Mr. Steve Jarvis.

On November 2nd 2013, i ordered a bust (spartan warrior, Pegaso models) and the same day, i politely asked whether or not i could cancel my order.
Since then, i tries to contact Mr Steve several times, (last time tried on November 19th) but i never got an answer.
Now, on April 7th, i still wait for the bust, or for my money back (90€).
Even though the money was too much for that bust, i'm still waiting.

I just wanted to warn you about that site (which i learnt today that it's down) and ask you if anyone of you had the same problem as i do.

Here at Spain several websites says that FrontierModels closed sometime ago. The website does not exist yet. This is the info I got from one spanish site:

I also locate an Steve Jarvis in East Sussex with this e-mail but I am not sure he is the same person: [email protected]
Also you can ask the Hasting police and report the incident.

Sadly you are not alone. It took me 6 months to get my money back from 'Mr Jarvis'........he kept going on holiday to the Greek Islands...where he had no internet...(his excuse).....
No doubt on the money many of us paid him for goods he never had!!!

If you paid by card, can you not claim it back on that?
I know Pay-pal have no interest once you've exceeded their 45 days.
