A Fixture
Dear friends this is my first attempt to "dress" with putty the mannequin bust No3 from El Greco miniatures (http://www.elgrecominiatures.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d205_El_Greco_Mannequins.html).
His face, led me to a daring choice: to transform into General Karaiskakis (greek war of Independence 1821).
Progress to date: The bodice is laced with basic acrylic. I think the face is already finished (with oils). I avoided to make his eyes plain black. I tried to make a dark brown to enlightenment in the lower part.
All other remaining: ie lights-shadows in hair and mustache, the fez, and of course the embroidery of "fermeli" and waistcoat.
