I have this figure and i don't know what kind of colors use to paint it

Hi there, it is not an Luftwaffe-officer.
Personally I find it a very strange color. If I was you I should paint it as follow
( example ):

innerside of the suit : Splinter Pattern
outerside of the suit : White.

I would agree that he is not necessarily a Luftwaffe officerI aslo agrre with erwin and his colour choices. Another option is grey.

Hi guys. This is my 1st post so I'm glad it's one I can actualy help out with.
The Officer figure is ARMY and not airforce! He's wearing revecible winter/spring or fall/winter overalls. You can see he has the red I.D. bands on his arms, usualy worn over the white side of the camo gear. So i would say you only have one choice...white. but don't forget, some of the reverse would be seen on any turned cuffs or collars ect.
