This is why I love the output from French artists. The composition is usually so bold and 'out there', this is a vital element for people to win competitions. A closer look from the blog also confirms that the proportion is sensible, body gesture true to the supposed circumstances.

At a scale this side of the benchmark 1/10, depth-sensitive, context-inducing painting such as Lee's can really bring this kit to life, sparkling vivid life.

hello
well the cocarde on the sidecap is missing.the belt over chest has an clasp which does not suit the strap of gas mask container.but well he could carry somewhat why not.
my main thing is that the sidecaptop has an wrong shape.its missing the fine folds at top.even if one thinks that its widely streched because of the balaclava it looks somewhat to simple.the back of head where the cap meets the hood is too much to massive.it gives the impression of an pot helmet made from metall.the hood worn in german army where not so heavy one sees on pics that the garment did produce much finer wrinkles.this here is much to solid.so the whole armature has an blocklike appearence.
i admitt this seems harsh more from an chap which can neither paint decent nor can sculpt at all.
so i hope no one is angry about.i mention only my oppinion and my personal taste
cheers
