Good stores in Chicago Area?

I will be in the Chicago area (Deerfield to be precise) next week on business and just wondered if there are any places within driving distance worth checking out. Looking for figure stockists, magazines, books etc.

Call me crazy, but how about contacting some MMSI members to see if they want to meet up? If you're lucky, there may even be a club meeting going on. Their website can be found at www.mmsichicago.com

That's a great idea and i'd love too BUT, i will be there with colleagues and doubt i'd get THAT much time away from them, and will even need them to drive me (since the hire car is in there name).

I will be backwards and forwards a bit over the next few months though so may get another chance to do that.
