Finally finished this cracking set from Gordon. Beautifully sculpted by Moz Corry, they are based on the painting by Alphonse de Neuville. I extended the supplied base with some more mealie bags and some more boxes, kindly supplied by Gordon. A really enjoyable project. When i have a bit more time i will take some better images.

Like what you've done with this Paul. The addition of the extra barricades allows them to be spread out a bit more.

Nice work, but grouping the figures more together so that you have less space on the base will look better in my opinion.

Nicely done, however I agree with Megroot, squeezing the figures in together or adding more would be more dramatic.

Yes, closer grouping would add a degree of urgency. Otherwise.... a good paint job there mate.

Agree with the points about the grouping however it was really cramped on the one base. I intend to convert some of the stock figures to fill some of the gaps but i also wanted to reflect the painting a bit more by giving more scope for accurate...ish placement. Many thanks for the kind comments on the painting, so well sculpted and cast it really helped.
