Hi,
I just wanted to publicly thank Mr. Pawel Kilinski at WCM (Warsaw Model Center) for the excellent help he gave me recently. I was trying to order the new Eric Hartmann bust (sculpted by Jacek Spychalski) but wasn't able to complete the order through the web site. Mr Kilinski and I exchanged quite a few emails over several days and with his patience and help I'm happy to say that the bust is on it's way.
Too often we only hear about bad experiences. Customer service of this quality is often a rarity and I just wanted to let everyone on the site know of my good experience with WCM.
Many thanks Mr. Kalinski. I'm looking forward to the arrival of the bust.
