A couple of weeks ago I e-mailed Pietro about a couple of parts I was missing from two of their 75s (one was missing from a figure I'd bought privately, one was lost due to my own carelessness).
I explained the situation and offered to pay for replacements or at least postage, but Pietro was kind enough to supply both parts completely free of charge, and they have now arrived safely so I can crack on again with the figure I'd been working on before I accidentally chucked the part away while tidying up my work bench!
Excellent and very friendly customer service, and another feather in their cap as far as I'm concerned.
