Hi folks,

many greatings from a total football (soccer) crazy Germany. The feeling is unbelivable, everywere in the citys is carnival. You can celebrate with people from Brazil, Argentine, Trinidad and Tobago and so on.
In Munich we had every evening South American party with Samba Drumms from Brazil, Music from the Caribean, Mexican Street musicians! Dancing girls from the carbiean. It is unbelivable!
If you still think Germans are stif and distant, com to see what is happend in our streets! A great peacful party!

The most loved foreighn team by the Germans are Trinidad and Tobago the "Soca Warriors". You se a good number of Germans with Trinidad and Tobago caps. I had a Trinidad and Tobago Flag on my hous.

Now, I go back to Football and celebration!

Best regards

Bruno

I am a fan of the azzurri but this weekend they will be playing against the USA team, therefore I will have to cheer for the good old USA. ;)

Cheers
Roc :)

We're still in there with a shout, but need to up the level of performance if the good old cross of St.George is going to be seen at the final!!
(y)

Well guys, looks like team USA pulled a tie with the highly favored Italian Azzurri at one each, actually it was the azzurri that scored both goals. :)

Ciao
Roc.

And i was happy that i have something else to do where at least is no football. Now, i see this threat :( Will it never stop.
No, i don't like football, infact i hate it. Those days are a nightmare.
Everywhere i go, on what station the radio is, on what channel the TV is you cannot walk away from football.

So, i hope the final is today.

Hi folks,

yesterday Munich was in yellow and green for Brazil and Australia, as they play today in Munich.
The people from "Down Under" had quickly occupied the Bavarian Beer Halls around the central place of Munich the "Marienplatz" (St. Marys Place), while the people from Brazil were all on the plaze with a Samba Group. They played and danced for several hours. It was great and colourful and very pretty - the Brazilian girls of course.

I meet again people from Trinidad and Tobago and now I'm the proud owner of the official shirt of Trindad and Tobago Football Team.
My son Marcel had now Argentine as his favorit - beside Germany - because he meet a very nice Argentine girl and they exchanged theit mobile phone numbers to meet again...

Marcel and I stept into a Beer Hall occupied by Australians and people from Africa to watch the Game Czechia - Ghana. When Ghana won the Bavarian Beer House changed within seconds into an African Bar, when suddenly Africans pulled out they drumms and starts to make music!

Up to now, it is a great and very peaceful event a unification of Nations, Races, Ethnics and Landuages and that is great!

Best regards from Bavaria

Bruno

Hallo,

my highest respect to the "Soca Warriors" of Trinidad & Tobago. I'm sorry that they are no more in the game!

Germany had taken this team in his heart!

Best regards

MEXICO!!!... MEXICO!!!...MEXICO!!!... MEXICO!!!.............................

Well Bruno, my heart is with México, but my reazon an logic is whit Germany, I think Germany can be the champion this time ;)

Alex.

Hi Alex,

I hope the best for MEXICO.

On my hous I had 3 flags: Germany (of course) Trinidad and Tobago and Mexico. I had consulted two factorys of a German pharmaceutic Company in Orizawa (Mexico). The Mexicans one of the most friendliest, open and heratful people I ever worked with! I loved to worke with them.

By the wy, I'm nearly born in Mexico. My father had a job with the German Embasy at Mexico and my mother wanted to follow. Unfortunately short bevore she took the plane she discoverd she was pregnant and she stayed in Germany. If she had taken a flight one week earlyer as planed I would have been born in Mexico City!

So VIVA MEXICO!!!

By the way, after the end for Trinidad, now Ghana is the team of the heart of the German people. So you can see Germans are not against people of other races as somtimes stated in some foreighn newspapers....We love the teams from Africa and another team we like very much is Australia!!!

Many greatings from Germany

Bruno
