How you get the gold color??

I think I did use oil as the gold is printers ink brass with printers ink gold highlights and further gold highlights with vallejo 996 gold. Is printer ink considered oil, must be. I may retake the photo as not much natural light in Seattle right now. Once I get a little sun break , I will try it again.
