Hi All, New to figures. Not new to Modeling. Anyway getting ready to start my first figure (bust). We will see how well I do, I hope ill like painting figs cause i believe it takes real talent to do it. Later everyone.

Hi Mark.
I've not been here long myself and like you am new to figures but have been modelling in one way or another since I was a kid. Figure work isn't a black art, it's just a new skill to learn. Just keep practicing and then practice some more. One thing I've learned already is that the good people here will offer all the help they can and it really helps to show pictures of your work (no matter how bad you think it is) as it's easier for people to advise you when they can see what you're doing.
The main thing is to enjoy it.

I would highly recommend you share some pics of your bust with us and invite constructive criticism. It's the best way to learn and hopefully get better.

I don't believe we'll be knocked over in any rush to do so Tony, but I was considering doing it myself, maybe I'll start a poll to see what others think about that idea.

Thanks for the Welcome. If it is recommended to show my bust, I am secure enough to show all. And if the Female Planeteers want to show their bust, I will not be ashamed to look. And yes a POLL should be started. And yes I do like bust and full figures.
