Highlights
Normally I would suggest you try white first to highlight both of these colours but the brilliance of either blue historically would very likely be quite low so I'll suggest things that will give dull, low-key highlights.

For the turquoise try a light fleshtone mixture or a mix of white and scarlet (orange-red) or white and orange.

For the blue, try a light earth colour if you have one, or a mix of white and brown.

Shadows
For the medium shadows on the turquoise a little scarlet for the first colour might work well. Add black to this for any darker shadows.

For the blue, a little brown should work well, with added black for the deep shadows if you think it needs it.
