and i should also included chapesses no doubt,i,m steve and would like to say hello to all.brand new to figure painting,after visiting a show in the city of Bath at the weekend and seeing some stunning work i realised i needed to communicate regularly with like minded obcessives! i took to this pursuit recently after smashing my right shoulder/chest in a cycle crash,the advice was that fine work with that side would aid recovery.well it has but,you guessed it ,i'm addicted just like the rest of you now. i live in the U.K near calne in wilts. and i have been lead to believe that i have at least one well known painter on my doorstep,i look forward to making contact in the future,best wishes to everyone,regards steve rogers.

thanks for the welcome carl,i hope that you are right and artists local to myself make themselves known. i think i see improvement,thank god,but its early days yet ,i've only two busts( jmd's drummer of the 57th middlesex and andrea's 'viking fury') completed and now i think a 90mm figure beckons.thanks again carl i hope to meet you at a show one day,rgds steve.
