Hello all and thank you for adding me to the site.

My name is Andrew and I am a recent returner to model figure painting after far too many years away.

My main area of interest is the Napoleonic era and after a few false starts I have found the 54mm /75mm figures to be the best for myself. Currently working on an Elan 13 kneeling infantry figure. I have also purchased the amazing 1st Guards set from RDG Miniatures, go big or go home..!

Looking forward to learning more from some of the amazing work I see on here

We have a Marketplace where after members have contributed 50+ posts can use to sell , request if anyone has a model to sell etc...You might also pick up some rather good bargains !

There's also Painting techniques where you will find much about Acrylics and Oils

ALL figures are welcome and of course Vignettes & Diorama ( we run friendly competitions if you wish as well , one which is a bi monthly comp where there are 3 classes to choose in which to enter )

Welcome back to the hobby, Andrew, and welcome to the Planet! When I was a teenager and started painting figures, much of my collection was Napoleonic, albeit Airfix' 1/72 sets. I look forward to seeing your figures!
