Hey,
thank you all for the warm welcome. I kinda got stuck in the other areas of the forum for a bit, causing my delay in posting a response.

@Brad: To be honest, I haven't found the right my way or niche yet. I'd call myself still a "newbie", I've tried a few things, stripped them again, tried some other things, ran out of patience after while, etc. The learning curve is a bit steep, if you are starting out all alone. on your own.
This hobby attracts me for some reason though, but I am still looking for "my" angle. Coming from the old pen & paper roleplaying area a long time ago, I always like the painted tabletop miniatures, but as I don't play myself I kinda did not see the point in painting them.
I saw the online workshop here on the forum, maybe I'll give it a try to follow the steps
