Hello All,

I've been viewing the Planet Figure forums for years and have finally joined. The work on these forums is inspiring and the advice from other artists in the various posts have been helpful even if they were not directed at my particular projects.

I model primarily Vietnam War subjects in 1/35th scale and 54mm although I have done some more modern figures from time to time.

I look forward to participating in various discussions in the future.

Were you at the Lone Star Figure Show? I could have sworn I heard someone mention your name towards the end of the day. If so, I should have introduced myself while I was there, but I was also there with my grandson and had to keep an eye on him. He met another boy who had some models on display and they were walking around checking out all of the stuff on the tables during the award ceremony. He really enjoyed the show and seeing the work of the other artists there. He was so motivated by it, he started working on more figures once we got home.

I am at Fort Sill for the time being. My home is in Texas, though.

I hope to be able to make it to the Tulsa Show. I am having my neck fused, so hopefully I will be able to travel by then.

Lot's of Texas guys at the show plus one or two Ft Sill retires in Tulsa. Lots of former military guys there as well. You'll be welcome there.
