Hi all

My bespoke figure is missing! PLEASE HELP!!!

Any assistance in tracking down my artillery figure would be greatly appreciated. In March 2013, I spoke to the late Pete Morton who confirmed he was altering some details to my figurine (Pete did the whole figure for me) - unfortunately this figure has now disappeared. I simply cannot find anyone who saw it - I have paid in full for it and so am double whammied - no figure or cash!!!

His pickelhaube should now have changed its style to that of a Pith - while retaining the "hair" at the top. There may be other small changes - I am not sure how far Pete got with it.

In essence this commissioned figure means alot to me - its representation and sentimental value is enormous. It may have been mistakenly picked-up or bought...

Please assist if you can.

Many thanks
Rossley

I'm sure he had a mailing address. Don't you have it? If so why not enclose a letter and photo of the figure explaining the circumstances?

Thanks for reading my cry for help and replying guys.

Naturally, I did do some investigative work.

Those individuals that were directly involved with Pete's estate did not see my figure there (when they collected their items) - this includes Rob (BobLff257 - who suggested I post this request) and Ian (ellie miniatures). I have spoken with Ricky (Pete's cousin) who also cannot find it. Pete's sister, Jules, has not back back to me in this forum yet.
I have tried to contact Maurice Corry (who worked closely with Pete) - but no luck so far!

Cheers, Rossley

Hi Rossley,
Pete also sculpted for myself and for another friend, I will certainly ask and it looks a lovely figure.
Please PM
