help getting new password ?

Hi I have tried to make a new password but in order to do this I need to know my old one I have also tried the forgot password option by giving my email and waiting for a reply that way did that yesterday night and again this morning and have not got a email yet can anyone help with this issue thanks

Rob, your best chance of resolving this problem would be to explain the issue to the forum administrators Tommi or Pwadm via private message.
