Help identify the following 2 figures

I never liked history in school but thanks to this forum i do now . Anyway. Can anyone tell me what the two figures represent and maybe the scale the grey figure is about 14 mm or the yellow one is about 12 mm does anyone make this size figure anymore . And last any idea who made these . The scale would be great so i know what's size dio pieces to get . Thanks for any info rob.

Ok maybe I did not word it right can anyone tell me what they are in real life.?

The first one is Verlinden's 120mm German U-Boat crew, the second I don't know but it looks like he is supposed to represent a WW2 Luftwaffe guy.

The second figure is Hans-Joachim Marseille,perhaps from Legend.
