Hello!
I would like to know if the following figure's uniform is suitable for the winter of 1943/44?
Any info is welcome.
Regards
Fabrício

Hi there, Pedro.
Thank you for the message.
Colours possibilities: field-grey and white?
Regards,
Fabrício

Personnaly I'm not sure that you can paint this uniform in white. I think it was only field grey.

Fabrício if you want you can paint the uniform with grey. This is a reversible uniform with grey and white colors.
This type of overall uniform was common in Heer (stug and panzer brigades) but some SS like 1st LAH used this uniform.
Look Meyer´s pics from Kharkov feb/march 1943, they show the use of this uniform by SS troops.
You can use this figure like Heer or SS, if you opte for SS, replace the head and remove the chest eagle.
Yes, is correct in 1943/1944.
See the pics below.

Anything just ask.:)

Hello Pedro! Thank you for the images.
Despite the great paint job, I don't think that any painted figure can prove the use or existence of these grey uniforms. But I believe the Williamson and Vuksic work could be a good reference.
All the best,
Fabrício

But they exist, I have a real pic somewhere in my library but I dont know wich book??? I have more than 500 from WWI and WWII period regarding all German forces.
The figure painters did not invent those 2 colors to paint those box´s art´s for sure...
Fieldgrey is always a good color to paint Germans!:)
You´re welcome!

Abraço,
Pedro.
