Help needed finding suitable figure

Hello guys.
I currently building an 1/16 panzer 38t ausf F. These tanks served at the early years of WW2.
Are there any 1/16 early WWII panzer crew figures ?

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

Found a panzer crewmen in france 1941 produced by JeffShiu.
Exactly the figure I need.

Sol of Korea also do a figure sat relaxing with the panzer beret for their 38 are you sure jeffs figure is set for 41? Im aware of a normandy figure in in reed greens and a tiger comander in a turret.The sol figure is on ebay at the moment .Ive delt with them all was great a panzer beret is a fairly easy thig to sculpt onto a later tanker as the uniform and using some putty and etch insignia the uniform is the same and differs from ss to werhmacht a center seam and rounder lapels and obvious insignia also miuteman sell an early figure , happy hunting Mick
